• Yes I have a Targus and LG and they both linked up.

• The Bluetooth only transmits sound from the stereo. It will not receive from a microphone.

• This stereo is designed to pair up to outputting Bluetooth devices. It has only been tested though with music players and phones so we cannot guarantee it will work with a Bluetooth microphone.
