Typically you would need to schedule your installation and mounting service at the same time of your TV purchase for the delivery and install to be coordinated (so that the right team of people are dispatched), just delivery teams do not have the tools to perform work outside of standard delivery. You can call 1-800-Geek-Squad to schedule an Agent to come out to your house to mount your TV or alter your current delivery appointment.
