“I have a Samsung Chrome book...model # 303C12 (A01) It will not take a charge anymore, however, it still works when plugged in. It probably needs a new battery. Do I need an appointment or can I just bring it in for you to install a new battery?”

Charge up your battery all the way before you run to the store. There they can test the battery before you buy one. Hopefully all you need is a new battery.
