How do I cancel upcoming Geek Squad service? null

It seems impossible to cancel an appointment. I've tried the computer, I've tried telephone and also the chat. NOTHING WORKS. So here's the deal: Our confirmation number is 71992340. Scheduled for October 20th. We will cancel when Eric shows up at the door because it seems no other way works.

I just canceled mine, and decided to put it here for those who may need it. Best buy home page -> go to menu-> click support and services-> then click manage an appointment-> then input the confirmation number that was generated when you scheduled the appointment-> then click on cancel appointment.

got a phone text about an appointment on 06/17/2022 on order # 1122012954006. We didn't need, want, or ask for any service from Best Buy. So the appointment should be canceled.
