“I keep seeing reviews that state it has a great picture. Am I doing something wrong? Mine has a bad "shadow" or slow response time when people (or objects) move. Why is that? It sort of blurs when people move. Can this be fixed?”

I had the same problem, I returned it for a different set. From what I've read it has to do with the response time of the panel and is typical for fast moving scenes. I can only think there's a bad batch of panels as I can't see all the glowing reviews if this were normal. It was cheap but...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What is the source? I was using an old Chromecast and have some issues. I upgraded to Apple TV 4 and the picture is perfect. I would check HDMI cables and if you need upgraded equipment.
