• I dont know if it will fit a Nissan but a backup camera can be added, but it is not a part of the original stereo. I just got this stereo installed 2 weeks ago (& in 2 different cars - a ford and a Scion) and added a back up camera in my package. I am loving this stereo & the camera works great!
