“Checking the vehicle fit, it says this radio will not fit a 2010 Toy Rav4 w/JBL and push start. If additional mounting is purchased, will this allow it to fit/be compatible? Or do I just need to look for a different radio?”

In my experience: if it fit your car, it would tell you the required kit to fit it. I would say it isn’t compatible.
