This TV uses vizio's smartcast software which freezes often. It's best to get a different brand or use a firestick/chromestick. Vizio will tell to unplug and replug your TV in and that they are working on a firmware update for a year till your warranty is up. The Screen will display true 4k though provided the input provides it - just don't plan on SmartCast working 100% of the time.
