“Most receivers make a point of telling you you have to have speakers with the correct ohms, I caint seem to find rather these are 4, 6, or 8, ohm ?? I just purchased a pioneer vsxlx301 it is 6 ohms !!! do not want to damage my receiver !!!!”

• These speakers operate on 6ohms, your speakers are safe. Point of fact, it would be the receiver that would damage the speakers.

• the impedance is in direct relation with the resistance. lower the resistance you increase output voltage and primarily, the amperage use only the correct impedance or in time if you use a lower impedance you WILL eventually fry the receiver.
