“I have tried to use a Roku Premiere and an Amazon Fire Stick 4K with this TV. Both of them appear to have an issue with the ports on this TV, even though they work fine with all my other TVs. Is there a special setting on this TV that has to be changed?”

You need to reboot the TV so it sees the Roku or Fire, turn it off using the remote, then unplug the power cable, holding the reset button down, plug the power cable in again and power the TV up. It should now work with the Roku or Fire.
