What does it mean by open box? null

Hello, Open box items are most likely customer returns that can not be sold as 'brand new' anymore. These items are inspected, cleaned, and sold at a discount. Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components, think a laptop missing a charger as an example. Most open box items can be inspected in-store by you before purchasing.

that means it's been opened and used, maybe as a display or something. Most times you won't receive the original box or remote when it says open box.
