Continues to Disappoint. Ask to return twice- was talked into keeping it while customer service had us switch it to ATT-anyway not worth the money. Poor quality calls. Poor Video. I would not recommend.

I'm currently trying to figure out if a speaker can be used with the headphone jack, as both of my parents are using it together. My mom can hear, but my dad can't. If you use a headset, it cuts off the external speakers.
