Hi, yes the dongle is inside the charging dock.

It has a dongle stored within the charging base. However, it cannot be used with any other controller, it is strictly there for the 2.4 Ghz connection setting.

It does have a dongle but it does not need a dongle to connect to the switch. You switch the frequency on the back of the controller and push a button to put it in switch mode then it connects like any pro controller.

Yes. This can connect to the Switch wirelessly through either bluetooth or the included 2.4G dongle. It stores in the controller dock when not in use. There is a toggle on the back of the controller to switch modes.

There is a usb c plug that comes with the unit to power the charging station. Its rather short for a powered solution while act8vely gaming though. Id recommend a usb extension if that the goal.
