• Yes. In Google Drive you use Google Docs and Google Slides.

• You can utilize Google Docs for word processing, Google Sheets for spreadsheets, and Google Slides for presentations. The nice part is that all the documents that are created can be saved to your Google Drive for retrieval from any device that has Chrome on it. These are perfect laptops for college students.

• There is a basic word processor loaded but is not compatible with current word documents. There is a version of Microsoft office for Mac that I purchased and it works very well.

• Yes. It's Pages program is just like Office and all docs can be exported in any form one might want.
