- Answer Yes, if you set it up under YOUR gmail account as a supervised user. I was able to do so for my two children (ages 6 and 8).

- Answer No, you cannot install anything really on this computer. All it installs is a link to the website. You can however, use basic Microsoft Office online if you have Office 365 subscription. If I need higher end Microsoft Office capabilities, I just use Google Remote Desktop to connect to my more powerful computer online and use it that way.

- Answer No you can not skype of this chrome book. It has a program called Hangouts that works like skype.
