“I know this has 2GB of ram but is the ram upgradable. Also is the SSD also upgradable if so what is the max storage capacity and what is the max RAM that you can put in this Chromebook.”

Chromebooks are used primarily on the Internet using Cloud storage; these devices are not upgradeable. You can however use external USB storage if you need.
