• Google docs is web based software that runs inside of your browser. If you mean google drive, that takes an install from google.com/drive. Never heard of Zola, but the ideal computer comes with no software beyond it's OS.

• The Chromebook does not come with software as it runs off apps. There are free apps and you do have access to Docs online or offline with the Chromebook.
