- Answer My Chromebook has never frozen; but, I have had other things freeze..Um, if you can shut it off, shut it off. But, I bet you can´t shut it off. Then, you have to just wait until the battery runs down..and then it will shut off. It might re-boot then. Otherwise, take it in...

- Answer Yes. We use wireless mouse, with a USB plug-in adapter (included with wireless mouse) or you can also used a wired mouse. I would recommend a wi-fi ready printer for convenience, or you can connect via USB.

- Answer Yes- Chromebook are designed to be used primarily on the internet with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either.

- Answer I'm sure the Chromebook is compatible with most online games out there. Just not sure how RAM hungry each game is, so I cannot comment on any "lag-time", if any, you may experience... As for which mouse, that would be a matter of personal preference. I think Google had considered that when designing the Chromebook.

- Answer No- this Acer 14 chromebook does not have a USB-C port for power/charging. The power port is a small barrel that slips into a port slightly smaller than a 3.5mm audio jack. The input power req'd is 19V at 2.37Amp I bought an extra power adapter for mine since Acer does not sell replacements. it is a PWR-TAI190237 power adapter from a company called PWR www.pwr-plus.com The Acer 14 has 2 USB 3.0 ports, full-size HDMI port, 3.5mm headphone/mic port, and a slot for a Kensington lock.

- Answer No they make other sizes Chromebooks currently come in 10.1 and 15.6 inch screens also. Acer makes one for sure

- Answer I have my Netflix, Hulu and CBS Access all downloaded through the Google Play app store. Yes, there is a socket for a headphone jack.

- Answer Yes you can run TeamViewer on the Acer 14. I use TV all the time with this chromebook to fix computer problems my family and friends have. But note TV does not work in reverse, i.e a PC/Mac cannot connect to me thru TeamViewer to remotely do stuff on a chromebook. For that you have to run Chrome Remote Desktop. TL; DR- TeamViewer runs on this chromebook to remotely access PCs/Macs, but CRD is need to have a PC remotely access a chromebook.

QuestionWhat size screws fit it?I just got it yesterday and so far so good except that the 4 screws in the front end are missing.The rest of them seem to be in tight.Acer refused to replace them & I need to make sure I buy the right ones.

- Answer This device runs the Chrome browser. Starting sometime in the 1st quarter of 2017, the Chrome browser will no longer support flash. If you must have Flash support I would recommend looking else where. Note: Flash is at end stage of life. All of the other major browsers have announced that they plan on ending support for Flash some time in the not to distant future.
