It is a Google Chromebook. Comes with very basic features from Google. Chrome browser, Google Mail, Google documents, and Google Store. You can install some Android apps. But if you are thinking about Windows, OSX, Linux, Adobe Suit, etc. Forget it. You can install a different OS but you need to have some skills. This a laptop for surfing the web, checking your mail, check social networks, do some basics tasks, but nothing else.
