- Answer No. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet, and you cannot download and install software onto this device. Now if Turbo Tax is available as an app from Google Playstore or Google Chrome, then yes.

- Answer Only if you can hotspot that connection. I doubt that it will work directly connected to the chromebook unless it is 'plug and play' and does not require software installation (due to limited memory).
