- Answer The laptop I purchased was in “like-new” condition. There was no cosmetic damage and runs very well. It does come in a plain brown box from the manufacturer.

QuestionI'm highly interested in this laptop, but before buying it I need to know. If I buy the laptop and it has a problem or doesn't work correctly on the next 30 days or so, will I be able to return it and get my money back? or in other case change it?

- Answer There could be a number of reasons it was recertified-some are demo units, review units or customer returns. Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified.
