Unfortunately the pin size is not part of the specification. Acer recommends using a replacement AC adapter designed for the laptop. You can find a replacement AC adapter from the Acer store at https://us-store.acer.com/accessories/finder or by calling the store at 800-910-2237. Hours are 8am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday.
