QuestionI was obviously sent a lemon Acer 315. Why do Best Buy and Acer not guarantee their product longer and with them having to pay for the shipping cost? Was this a damage return that I received? How can I tell?Acer custgomer service was not helpful.

- Answer The manufacturer's warranty is one year from date of purchase. You don't say when this was purchased but if this is a recent purchase, we suggest you contact Acer support at 866-695-2237 for assistance with your Chromebook. They are available 24/7 for in-warranty products.

- Answer More than likely, you could play Sims Freeplay, but not Sims 4. This computer is an Android, not Windows. As far as I know, Windows OS is necessary to play Sims 4, also I don't recall this having a CD drive, both of which I think are needed to play Sims 4.

QuestionHow long should I charge it before I can turn it on and use it for the first time? The instructions are very limited and don't say I have to wait at all. They just recommend plugging it in before turning it on.

- Answer After 10 minutes of charging, you will be able to turn it on but it won'y last long enough to actually do anything. Charge it for at least an hour if you're planning on taking it out somewhere and using it.

- Answer As far as I can tell, you can't download anything except Android apps. For the most part, everything is cloud-based- programs and usage.

- Answer This particular Chromebook does not have an SD card reader. You can print to a USB or wireless printer and work from a USB flash drive or external hard drive.
