“Does this come with Microsoft programs on it? If not, can word and Microsoft programs be put on it?”

This does not come with Microsoft office install. I am unsure if you can youse the Microsoft office applications on it. However you should be able to access the Microsoft office 265 web version. I use google apps and send it to my other computer that has word on it.
