It is black. I had bought thinking it would be white because of the description as well. But when picking it up it was black, they do not (Best Buy) carry a white model of it. I had told Best Buy about this and then shortly after they had changed the photo to reflect the black version. In fairness to Best Buy in the description of the monitor it says black. I think you can buy a refurbished white one online at places. Acrer used to carry a white model years ago but don’t make them in the states anymore.
