It comes with a trial version of OfficeSuite Pro. You have to pay for full version after the trial. Flash isn't supported, but there is a way to install it using an older version. Google "Flash for Android." Several sites explain how to still install Flash, even though it's not supported. I haven't really needed it on mine so far. YouTube videos play without it. (YouTube videos are still flv aren't they?) They could be using some other form of a plug-in to get around it I guess. I also noticed some generic apps in Play Store that supposedly would play flash content on Android with KitKat.
