I bought the same tablet for my son abt. 28 Oct. His worked for a couple of days and itt just flashes off and on now. He did not get it until early Nov. and was so excited to get it as he loves to read, but has one eye that is severely injured and his vision is steadily declining. With a 10 in. table he could download books, enlarge the font, and enjoy reading again. He called Best Buy and they said he had to send it to Texas. He is going to take it directly to a Best Buy store to see if they will replace it. If not, I will no longer give my business to Best Buy if they will not stand behind the products they sell. I know from experience that if he has to send it to Texas, it could be months before he has it or a replacement back. I have other Acer products and they have all been very good. I hope Best Buy will stand up to its reputation and do the right thing by replacing the defective Acer 10 in. tablet.
