“I am trying to install the Amazon Alexa app on my grandparents Acer Iconia that they received for Christmas 2016 and can't get it to download. I tried clearing cashe and cookies, uninstalling, reinstalling and it still wont download.Any suggestions?”

I would delete everything and go back to factory re-set.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Please contact Amazon support for the Alexa to see if it is compatible with the Android operating system that is on the tablet. They should be able to assist with the installation of their software if it is compatible.
