- Answer I have 3 10" different models and never had a problem. Suggest you talk to Acer directly. If unit never worked then seller is responsible.

QuestionWhat's up with availability? There seems no way to order by mail on the site. When I click on the store availability, it tells me there is no store with it available within 250 miles. I called a store they said no store had any. Will it be available?

- Answer No, it doesn't seem to support that. I've purchased two cases that have that feature and neither works. I actually don't think it has a sensor for that.
