I agree. You can’t adjust the monitor up or down nor tilt it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am looking at the specifications on the Best Buy website right now and it clearly states the monitor is not adjustable height. Same thing on the Acer website. Not sure where you heard it was adjustable online but it doesn't sound like a quality source for knowledge LOL.
