It has Radeon onboard and GTX1650. So it has both.

The radeon is built into the CPU, making it an APU and when you're doing non graphic intensive work, or doing something lightweight, the computer uses the Radeon. As soon as you switch to doing something very graphic intensive, it will switch to the NVidia graphics. The only exception is when you're on battery and you don't have enough power to run the NVidia, the computer will switch to the Radeon to conserve power.
