• There is one memory slot that supports up to 16GB, memory supported is DDR4 2666 SO-DIMM. The bottom case assembly must be removed to access the slot. The M.2 SSD slot is located on the mainboard same as the memory. Highest capacity SSD Acer qualified was 512GB. This model came out during the second quarter of 2019.

• If I’m not mistaken it isn’t difficult to upgrade the RAM, however, it’s not possible to upgrade the storage without some sort of separate drive. Not sure exactly the release date.
