“I am having a hard time installing the PredatorSense customization software on this computer. I have tried everything. It says that it is not compatible with this model. Did anyone else have this issue?”

This desktop does support the PredatorSense software which is available for download on our support site https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/drivers-and-manuals. Here are steps on how to install: 1.Launch the PredatorSense software: •Click on the PredatorSense icon on your desktop, or •Press the PredatorSense key on your keyboard. 2.Choose your desired settings: •Define hotkeys •Customize user profiles •Record Macros •Adjust keyboard backlight settings •Adjust accent light settings •Overclocking•Fan speed •Multimedia mode settings 3.Save your changes: •Close the software to save the changes.
