• Yes, the PSU is easily replaceable. I replaced mine with a Thermaltake 430w TR2.

• Yes I upgraded my video card and the power supply. How ever I had to buy a "SLIM SATA ADAPTER " to connect my Optical reader. I found it at NEWEGG.COM
