- Answer Chromebooks are designed to be used primarily on the Internet and using apps like an Android phone or tablet so this should work fine. You can use a wireless or USB keyboard if you want to connect an external one for use.

- Answer This model supports DisplayPort over USB-C, and has two of these ports. It does not have an HDMI Port.

QuestionFor husband. He is of the "old school" technology & is not great using the computer. He only wants to access GOOGLE with internet viewing options (searching web-AMAZON,vendors comparing purchases etc) Would Chromebook be good for him instead of laptop?

- Answer Yes- I think it would be perfect because it is very simple to use, it’s a Google product, & it’s super affordable. I just got mine about a month ago because I needed a 2nd computer to do schoolwork during this shutdown. I’m a teacher with 3 kids and so far we have been able to do everything we have needed to accomplish between my MacBook (super expensive) and the Chromebook (super affordable) with my current favorite being the Chromebook. We love the the touchscreen, along with its larger size. Hopefully this helps! (By the way, I am NOT a techy...)

- Answer It depends on what software you need to use with it. Chromebooks are different from Windows laptop products in that they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet so you cannot download and install applications or .exe files. If you need to use third party software applications that must be installed on the computer, a Chromebook is likely not for you, where a Windows laptop would suit you better.
