QuestionHi I recently bought this for my PS4 pro to play modern warfare on but right away noticed that the graphics weren't that crisp like you could noticed a bit if a blur in the background I haven't had this problem with my 1080p tv. Is this normal or bugged?

- Answer Just bought this last week for my son. The picture is amazing. He plays COD, Fortnite, minecraft, ect. All the games look good. Might want to replace if you cant dial it in. His looked good right out of box.

QuestionHas anyone else had issues with this monitor randomly shutting off for a few seconds in the middle of games? I've had it happen with Valorant, LoL, and Minecraft now. Computer is only using 40% CPU / 30% Memory / 60% GPU, what gives? Drivers are upto date

- Answer This monitor has HDMI and DisplayPort connections so if your laptop has either of these ports, it should work fine with the tasks you need to do.

- Answer While the monitor supports up to 144hz, the video card to which it is connected must also support 144hz. If you are certain the video card you have supports 144hz refresh rate, please contact Acer support for assistance at 866-695-2237.

- Answer 144hz is how much fps the monitor can handle and 1ms is response time ifbyou want a good gaming monitor then go for 1ms and the hertz they don't matter that much you can get a 60hz monitor and its fine

- Answer There is not VGA port to this monitor. Only 1 display port and 2 HDMI. You can get any generic VGA to HDMI. Here's one from Best Buy. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/startech-vga-to-hdmi-video-converter-black/3791028.p?skuId=3791028

- Answer Yes this monitor has a headphone jack, but it's better to use the one on your computer. On top of that, it will run Fortnite with 144hz with 1ms delay, but that depends on your computer. Using the Display Port you'll get the 144hz, but YMMV on HDMI.
