A:AnswerYou probably have to set up the surface pro to get it to work. It isnt exactly like a windows pc that will recognize it. I havent used one but you may need an app or check display settings
A:AnswerMine was doing this too and it turned out to be the speakers. Speakers will still output artifacts unless disabled. Turn the volume down in the OSD menu and it should go away.
A:AnswerI was able to go into the graphics properties of my computer and change mine to full screen. I needed to use a drop down menu to change from the built in screen of my laptop to the Acer and then I was able to change the Acer Monitor settings. I hope that helped you.
