• Yes it can but mine is unstable and freezes up while watch anything

• Your tablet needs to support Miracast to project to the Screen Beam device. Even though Windows 10 supports Miracast if the tablet doesn't have the hardware internally then it won't work. Check the Tech Specs on your particular laptop.
