• Look on ur phone where u have the display for airplane mode wifi symbols, ir two square boxes. If not ask ur salesmanHe/she maybe able 2 assist you better. Happy viewing

• I'm afraid the salesperson was not truthful. This is an online streaming device, meaning it requires an internet connection. Hardwired (ethernet) works best and streaming with high-speed wifi is also possible. You can possibly pair to a cell phone but most carriers don't provide speeds fast enough to support this device.
