• One of the reasons you may not be heading audio is if the HDMI port you are plugged into does not support ARC (Audio Return Channel). Check the specifications of your device for confirmation that the HDMI supports ARC.

• Yes, you should be able to see it exactly as you do on your device. Sometimes you may have to reconnect. Even unplug the SCB from the tv and re plug.
