• Sorry, the COX media output filter can HDMI to a TV but not directly to the device. You must use a computer controller device with a projection app. Smart phones, notebooks, lap tops can project to a HDMI enabled TV. It uses bluetooth for transmitting. Any computer device that does not use bluetooth will not work. Most modern smart phones, notebooks and computers have bluetooth. I hope this helps you.
