“When I pull up Netflix,.the t.v.screen and sound will be on the t.v...until I hit play the screen is blank but the sound is playing on the t v.??? Plz help”

you need to check to see if you are on the correct input. read the directions again
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.hi Stacy, i would try to check your router and make sure the stream is consistent in that there are no buffering log jams in the signal. Sometimes if the signal is weak youll get sound but no picture. i hope this helps or otherwise gets you thinking around helpful lines.
