QuestionDoes this laptop come with authentic Windows 10? It comes with a watermark telling us to activate. The activation page says, "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key."

- Answer Thank you. I couldn't get it to connect to Microsoft's update server. I called Microsoft and they said it wasn't a valid product key. I ended up getting frustrated and returned it to Best Buy. The manual that came with the laptop just referenced the hardware. Even then it said it varied by model. I got this laptop because it said it could upgrade to 64gb of RAM but it is never a good idea to spend hundreds of dollars to upgrade if you don't have the correct information. If the laptop came with recovery media to install/reinstall Windows it would be a great help.

QuestionWhy is the Storage listed as 16 gigs while the 512 SSD is not listed as the storage? Shouldn’t the ram be listed as Memory and that be on the higher end for laptops instead of saying this unit has a low end Storage? 512 gig SSD is not bad.

- Answer Did you read it well there is a comma there is 16 gigs of RAM , sometimes they put the ram as the memory
