I was recently in the Huntsville store to have 2 computers worked on. I can honestly say that the 2 technitions who helped me were absolutely the most professional, knowlegable, helpful and kind service techs I have ever had help. There names were Spencer and Steven. Hats off to Best Buy for hiring people like these two.
