QuestionDoes this program require internet to be used? We have a cabin we spend lots of time at, but it's off-the-grid with literally no internet access available--but I'd love to still edit my pics while we're there! Thanks in advance for the info!

- Answer No. Internet is not necessary. Any photo/art project you already have on your device can be edited.

QuestionIs it possible to uninstall one (or both) of the downloads and then transfer to another device? I am about to go to college and would like to know if I should keep one of the downloads unused for a future computer or if PSE is only a onetime download. Thx

- Answer As long as your not using it on more than two computers, you should be ok. If I remember correctly I had to talk to them because they know if your trying to pull the wool over their eyes.

- Answer If you have recorded the sound into audio files such as mp3, Photoshop Premier Elements should do the job. I suggest the 2018 version. This can handled mixing several audio files / tracks with video and still images. If you are asking how to record and mix realtime audio you will need sound mixer software. Audacity is free on the internet. Just Google it. If you want something more sophisticated, check out the music mixing software offered by Best Buy or search online.

QuestionI am illustrating a children's book with watercolor images. I need a program that can remove part or all of an image, replace, or repair parts such a puffy clouds. Also add lettering to the pictures. Can PhotoShop Elements do these things?

- Answer I am not an expert on Photo Shop but I do use it. To answer your question it is yes. I remove background images all the time. The way that I do it is by erasing the background. The magic wand is very helpful but you must be careful and set the level of intensity so that it does not erase too much. The wand is a good start but in the end I magnify the edges of the image and erase the edges with the eraser tool. Once the back ground is erased use the magic wand to fill it in with a solid color. This will allow you to easily select the back ground with the wand tool with one click............jim long
