“Does this have a full working photo edito? In other words do I have to purchase a full working editor later? A less expensive version sold by you only has a trial editor and you have to purchase full working one for additional $80.”

This is a full working photoshop editor, but keep in mine this is not Photoshop CC. It has build in guides for the most command tasks for those just beginning.

I am not sure, but I think this version is more for video editing. Do your research into the different products to see what features they offer.

Photoshop Elements comes with full editing capabilities, (unlike other apps made for viewing, with minimal editing tools) I've been able to do some pretty good work with it.
