• Hi Mojo, NO - You do not have to purchase a monthly subscription with this bundle. Both the Photoshop Elements 2018 and Premiere Elements 2018 are stand-alone, installed on your computer. But, in your preferences, when you install the software, allow Adobe to e-mail you updates and news on their editing products keep you updated.
