• both - if you don't have a drive, you can download the installer Either way, write down/copy the serial numbers, it'll save a lot of grief later on.

• I used the DVDs that came in box, but you can also download from Adobe after registration.

• This can be either. I purchased the hard copy CD but then ended up downloading the installation package from the website when I decided to install it on a machine without a CD?DVD drive, so even if you happened to purchase the hard copy, you will be able to download and install - you just need to ensure you retain the serial number / product code from the original package to complete the installation after you've downloaded the installation files.

• DVD media was included in my package, however my computer doesn't have a DVD drive so I had to goto Adobe's site to download the installations
