Please try again later.Yes, one of the features of Photoshop Elements is to be able to select an area, copy or cut and paste it into another picture after creating a new layer. You can use clipping masks too which are very handy since it doesn’t remove anything from a photo but hides it instead. I’m a graphic designer by trade and have used many programs on both Mac and PCs. My husband uses Photoshop Elements. As mentioned in a previous answer about Superimpose App, it is good for an iPad or iPhone but not an application for a desktop or laptop. I hope that helps.
