Can you copy photos to change resolution? null

You can change resolution of your photo and then save it under a different file name if you wish to keep the original photo with original resolution. Changing the resolution to improve my photos is the biggest reason I use Adobe Photoshop Elrments.

Yes. I am not sure I clearly understand the question. However, you can "save as" which effectively saves as a new name, and you can change resolution. You may want to look at a program called IrfanView. It is a great photo viewer and can change the name of multiple images in a batch file. It is freeware.
